Dwayne was the founding pastor of Wellspring Church, Charlotte NC 2007 when he started in 2007. He is also Director for Pastoral Care of the Acts 29 Network. Dwayne's passion is equipping the next generation of Biblical Counselors. He is a Board Director of the Biblical Counseling Coalition. He is the creator of several online publications as well as a contributor in Christ-Centered Biblical Counseling Redefining Lives with God's Changeless Truth (eds. Kelleman and Viars). Dwayne was married to Leslie. The couple has three kids.
